Description

Our holiday home and apartment are on the outskirts of Winterberg, right next to the ski area. It's just a 2-minute walk to the nearest ski slope. You can walk to the bike park and the bobsleigh track in about 10 minutes. Free car parking spaces are located on the public road. The parking spaces directly at the house can be used for a daily fee of 5 €. (November 1st to March 31st) Your ski/bike equipment can be safely parked and dried in our garage free of charge. Pets are generally not allowed.

Conditions/extras

A deposit of 50% is due immediately after booking. The final payment is to be paid to the account specified by us no later than 14 days before departure. Cancellations up to 30 days before departure are free of charge, up to 14 days before departure 50% refund, less than 14 days no refund. For bookings where the arrival is less than 14 days in the future, the entire travel price is due immediately.
A morning bread delivery service is available to our guests for a fee. Talk to us about this.
Sheets are included. Bed, pillowcases and towels can be rented on site for a fee of 15 €/week/person.
Visitor's tax is generally not included in the travel price. This is €2.50 per night per person over the age of 16 and must be paid in cash on site.
