Die funktionale Küche ist mit einem Backofen, Induktionskochfeld und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Ein Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sorgt für Ihre kühlen Getränke und frischen Speisen. Auf der Terrasse kann gefrühstückt oder ein Sonnenbad genommen werden. Für angenehme Stunden sorgt die gemütliche Sitzecke. Für gute Unterhaltung sorgt ein Surround-Sound-Receiver und ein 65"-LED-Fernseher mit separater Soundbar.

Welcome to our apartment "Sportfewo" in Winterberg!
The cozy and high-quality modern apartment is located on the garden floor of a residential building with a few residential units in the immediate vicinity of the Bike-parc Winterberg, the Winterberg ski lift carousel and the Veltins-Eis-Arena (bobsleigh run) Winterberg. Thus, our apartment is ideal for sporty active guests, but also for guests seeking relaxation, who are looking for the quiet location on the outskirts of the village and the proximity to the countless hiking trails (winter hiking trails) and cross-country ski trails.
The apartment is equipped with 200 x 100 cm beds for a good night's sleep. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower of 90 x 165 cm, which has an additional rain shower. The functional kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob and dishwasher. A side-by-side fridge with freezer compartment ensures your cool drinks and fresh food. On the terrace you can have breakfast or sunbathe.

Conditions/extras

The booking price includes the provision of bed linen (1 x per stay) and bath linen (appropriate number of towels for the duration of the stay) as well as final cleaning.

The apartment is designed for the occupancy of a maximum of 2 (!) people.

Pets are generally not allowed, not even on separate request.

Our guests have a free and fixed parking space available in the parking area of the private property.

The fees (rental costs, tourist tax) are to be paid in cash on arrival. Payment by credit card of any kind is not possible.

As owners, we strive to leave you with an apartment that is always in a perfect, clean and technically perfect condition. Therefore, we try to be personally on site when you arrive to hand over the keys to you, show you the apartment and explain the details of the apartment to you.

We are happy to welcome nice guests who use our apartment for a relaxing or active stay in Winterberg. People who want to use the apartment for party purposes are not welcome. We would like to point out that we may require an appropriate deposit upon arrival and may also make use of our domiciliary rights in the event of violations, and prohibit and interrupt the further stay.

Arrival description

The apartment is located directly on the sports mountain "Kappe" and the sports area "Bremberg" on the outskirts of Winterberg.
Guests arriving by car from the "Ruhrgebiet" area (Dortmund / Essen / Oberhausen) should use the A 45 exit Olpe and then the B236 Lennestadt - Schmallenberg - Winterberg, especially on weekends, to avoid a possible traffic jam on the A 46 / B 480.
