Our modern and exclusively equipped 64 m² flat for 2 to 4 persons on the first floor has a single garage and a big balcony with a view to the Oversum.
The flat is in a central location in Winterberg with only 3 – 5 minutes walking distance to the town centre.
All rooms are light flooded and modernly furnished. The big kitchen /living-room comes with all amenities such as coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, baking oven, stove with ceran, combined refrigerator-freezer and much more.
The bedrooms and the living-room are both equipped with a flat-screen tv. Wi-Fi access is available in all rooms. There is also a Sonos sound system in the living room and in the bathroom. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds. Shoe racks, clothes horse, flat iron and first aid kit can all be found in the storage room.

With its light flooded and tastefully furnished rooms your holiday home is located right in the centre of Winterberg. From the big balcony you can look directly onto the Oversum Vital Resort. Within three to five minutes walking distance you find the market place Untere Pforte which is surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafés. Also close by you find the spa gardens of Winterberg, the Kur- & Vitalpark.
The ski areas are only about 500-600 metres away. The train station is also just a few minutes walking distance away.
Our 64 m² holiday flat on the first floors offers enough space for two to four persons and is equipped with all comfort. A light floor, airy light white walls and modern furniture, all rounded off by colourful accents, create a friendly atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen /living room comes with all amenities such as a Senseo pad machine, a coffee machine, baking oven, stove with ceran, microwave and a combined refrigerator-freezer.
In the bedrooms as well as in the living room we have installed flat-screen tvs with German and International programmes. Wi-Fi access is available in all rooms. There is also a Sonos sound system in the living room and in the lightly tiled bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with electric blinds. Shoe racks, clothes horse, flat iron and first aid kit can all be found in the storage room. A single garage also belongs to the flat.

Arrival description
Fahren Sie von der B236 von Züschen kommend fahren Sie in Winterberg vorbei am Lidl Supermarkt und nehmen Sie dann die erste Einfahrt rechts in die Nuhnenstraße. Biegen Sie nach ca. 100 m rechts in die Hagenstraße ab und folgen Sie dieser, bis Sie nach ca. rechts in die Wernsdorfer Straße einbiegen können. Nach ca. 80 m erreichen Sie die Unterkunft (Hausnummer 12) auf der linken Seite.
