In der im ruhigen Herzen Winterbergs, fußläufig vom Ski-Karussell, dem Bikepark und der Erlebnisbrücke gelegenen Wohnung Felices laden die beiden Balkone zu einem sonnigen Frühstück am Morgen oder einem Glas Wein am Abend ein.

Die hochwertig ausgestattete Küche und das Zwei-Bett-Schlafzimmer (beides mit Balkonzugang) sowie das luxuriöse Duschbad betreten Sie über die Diele.

Vom großen, modern eingerichteten Wohnzimmer erreichen Sie über eine Treppe den zweiten Teil der Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Hier befinden sich ein 2x2m großes Bett mit getrennten Matratzen, eine 2x2m große Schlafcouch sowie ein zweites Dusch-Badezimmer. Besonders im Winter nach einem schönen Skitag, bei Schnee oder auch bei Regen, wird es unter dem hohen Spitzdach gemütlich.
Für den Ausklang des Abends liegen einige Gesellschaftsspiele bereit.

Zum Verstauen von Ski oder Bikes steht ein Ski-Keller zur Verfügung. Hier finden Sie auch eine Waschmaschine sowie einen Wäschetrockner (gegen Münzeinwurf).

Ehemals hieß die Wohnung Guglhupf.

Description

Located right in the quiet heart of Winterberg, only a short walking distance away from ski area, bike park or the panoramic bridge, the holiday flat Felices invites you to relax on its two balconies over a good breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
From the entrance hall you can enter the high-quality kitchen and the bedroom with two beds (both rooms with access to a balcony) as well as the luxurious shower bath.

From the big, modernly equipped living room you can reach the second part of the flat in the attic via a staircase. Here you will find a 2.0 m x 2.0 m big bed with separate mattresses, a 2.0 m x 2.0 m big sofa bed and a second shower bath.
Especially in winter after a beautiful skiing day or on a rainy day it is getting really cosy under the high pointed roof.
To round off the evening there are board games available for you.

You can store your skis or bikes in the ski cellar. You can also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer (with coin slot) there.
The holiday flat was formerly known as “Guglhupf”.

Arrival description

Coming from the B480 you turn into the Schneilstraße. At the first crossroads you turn right. After only about 100 metres you will reach your destination: the holiday flat Felices at Fichtenweg 43.

Prior to your arrival please contact Mrs. Kießler (phone number can be found on your booking confirmation) who will be on site when you arrive.
Hand-over of keys must be before 7 pm at the flat or alternatively at Mrs. Kießler´s place from 7 pm – 10 pm.
